**Q:** If the "Council" is a pattern and means to address "challenges", can and should this pattern be used as a template to solve any problems and challenges faced by the Local Congregational Church?
**Q:** If the "Council" as a pattern, provides a template to address "challenges", how can this pattern teach about an approach to solve any problems and challenges in the governance of thoughts internal to self and external to the world? i.e. family, church, work etc... ?
**A:** Key take away - Every person needs others to collaborate with to address challenges faced at the individual and corporate levels.
